The primary goal of Hollow Point Ranch is to provide owners with an all-encompassing premier living experience. Our residents will enjoy a relaxed lifestyle removed from worldly worries along with first-class amenities. The list of amenities starts with the expectation of privacy and security. And the offering of features typically not found in a rural setting, such as fiber optic internet lines. Along with the individually-owned 5-acre parcels, residents have access to a minimum of 1200 additional acres to be used as an extension of their parcels for recreational activities, subject to Ranch guidelines. Ranch lakes offer fishing and leisurely boating.
The Clubhouse contains a large lounge suitable for socializing and special events, along with a conference room, a professional fitness center and even an outdoor pool. The Riding Center and Arena will house resident-owned horses as well as community horses available for occasional daily use. And the Hollow Point Shooters’ Club will provide skeet shooting, a rifle range and an archery center.
Full-time Ranch Manager
In order to keep Hollow Point Ranch in top-notch shape, the Ranch employs the services of a full-time Ranch Manager who is responsible for maintaining the property and all the common area improvements. The Ranch Manager will also attend to the varied needs of our owners. Residents will thus have more freedom to enjoy their time at Hollow Point Ranch. And, depending on demand, it is contemplated that the Ranch will have a full-time Horse Wrangler on board to take care of horses, provide riding lessons and conduct trail rides.

Furthermore, the Kiamichi River along the southern boundary of the property provides fishing, kayaking and floating opportunities. And, in keeping with the goal of offering something for everyone, Hollow Point Ranch is located in close proximity to two large boating lakes and Choctaw Casino in Grant is a short distance away for those who prefer some gaming excitement.
